I forgot to add, but for the seeds, add a little water to the cups. You don't want them to dry out in the juice.

We strained the juice and covered the bowls with Saran Wrap last night, so I’ll add water and stir around tonight. I see why you would want ceramic, though, so I can look to switching to that.

Crabcakes. Phenomenal.

I didn’t actually make the crab cakes myself, but I did cook them in the cast iron again. Also, leftover pasta that I reheated in the cast iron first which gave it a nice texture
