Never thought I’d say this, but made some yummy Brussels sprouts

Halved at 400 in olive oil and garlic salt, added a sliced tablespoon of butter midway through and just let them hang until soft

Huge compliment! For these it was Wegmans dough that sat out for a few hours and was thicker than I normally would.
Did extra virgin olive oil on the crust with garlic salt and butter in the San marzano and yard grown tomato sauce with some sliced basil beneath the cheese.

I forgot to mention in my response to @Exocutis that I cooked these at 425 I believe with a pizza stone on the bottom rack beneath a cast iron pan on the top, which provides a nice radiated bounce back to the lower pizza without overcooking since it’s not directly above the burner.
